All bookings for photography is done through our website www.huehourstudios.com


The booking duration is by the hour. Our staff will give you a 10 minute reminder before the end of the booking so that you can gather your belongings and get the studio back to its original state.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING


Please send an email for any appointment changes. We do not offer refunds. All studio bookings must be cancelled within 48 hours of your booking time to receive a studio credit. You can email info@huehourstudios.com to change your booking.

LOADING BAY


Our loading bay is located at the back end of the studio and is for equipment only and must be operated by a studio attendant. Please give us a call once you arrive for our team to assist you.

DAMAGED & MISSING ITEMS

 

There is additional fees for damaged or missing items.  Upon booking we need to have a valid credit card on file with a piece of ID. You will be charged for each missing or damaged item.

TIME EXTENSION CHARGES


Extending your time is only optional if there are no bookings ahead of yours. This addition is charged in-house at the studio by an attendant. The additional charge must be paid  for prior to resuming your photoshoot.

GROUP SIZE LIMITS


Our current room capacity is 10 people per room for photoshoots. Please confirm your studio capacity upon booking. To discuss capacity increase options and availability, please contact us directly via email.

RULES & REGULATIONS

​

Each room is equipped with a welcome menu that sets out studio rules and information. 


Please note that all common areas are under video surveillance to ensure all of our safety and security as well as all studio policies are being met.

 

  1. All garbage brought into the studio room must be cleaned by the end of your booking. You will be supplied with a garbage bag in each room. If there is garbage left behind, you will receive an invoice for a $100 cleaning fee.

 

  1. The individual who booked the session must be the last person to leave as they are held responsible for the condition in which the room has been left.

 

  1. Please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music. 

 

  1. The client is not allowed to use furniture from another room.

 

  1. Do not use any other spaces besides the ones you have booked for.

 

  1. We are not responsible for any of your lost or damaged items.

  2. Please bring indoor footwear and change into it upon arrival. Lysol wipes for shoes are available upon request.

 

  1. Please do not stand on furniture.

 

  1. If using confetti or food related items please allow yourself enough time to clean up after your shoot.
